11/2/18 - 01/4/19 where the only dates I attended anytime I did not show I called to canceled. Through out my visits I communicated I was on a strict budget so please let me know of any change immediately. At the end of service I was somewhat surprised to receive a bill of $88.63. I asked to speak to someone in billing and as of yet have not heard from anyone. I went to the office and spoke with *** and she said she would take care of it for me not to worry. I later received another bill of $66.63 which I finally paid. Then On March 21,2019 I received another bill of $196.83. Shocked I called Medicare to verify why this is seeing as this never happen before when I attended physical therapy in the past years unless I missed and never called. They told me that my main insurance company paid a portion of $50. of the $70.06 remaining balance.
To Whom it May Concern, In response to compliant #*** from ***, we have determined that the clearing house did not process her primary and secondary insurances correctly, resulting in an inaccurate patient balance. The patient is responsible for $20 on 1/2/19 and will be refunded the remaining $43.66. She has no outstanding balance at this time. Thank you
