I received a check on October 17th 2015 and the check was issued on October15th 2015. I feel that I would still be in a unresolved issue if I hadn't contacted the Revdex.com. I have not received any call in regards to the issue. I would like this complaint to remain logged for future patients in regard to   this business.Thank you for your assistance.
