Early yesterday morning, ***, the owner of Great Built Roofing in San Antonio, TX rang my doorbell in Rockport, TX. He
asked to see the problem area on the roof job to which I pointed it out along the west side of the house. He said he saw the problem and could not believe that his crew had missed seeing it. He told me that a crew would arrive soon and fix the problemWhen I arrived home late yesterday afternoon, my wife explained how a Great Built crew had arrived earlier and made the repairs. I reviewed the area and was pleased with the work performed. This morning, Friday, December 15, 2017, *** called me in Rockport and said that his crew reported that when the gutter was installed after the roof was done, the gutter installer pushed up on the drip edge causing the appearance of a hump. I can see how that would have happened. At any rate, Great Built Roofing personnel fixed the problem to my satisfaction and I most certainly would recommend ***’s company to anyone needing roof shingles replaced.
