Bay State conducted closing for our mortgage refinance in December 2019. After settlement, they sent documents from the closing to my bank that had been altered after closing without my knowledge or consent. Also after the closing, one of their staff, WHOM I HAVE NEVER MET IN PERSON, "notarized" my signature on another document. As a result, title to the property may have become clouded.
