This my third contact I’ve made to you and my last, since you’ve no attempt to respond to us for further resolution of your problemYou had all our contact information and live only miles from me so I’ve been very confused from the start as to why you would make a complaint to a third party without talking to us firstI will be closed from, but you could still contact me on my cell phone ***

complaint filed against us. We are a family owned business so when we go on vacation or to an event we would be closed. Our hours of operation are Mon – Fri and 10 – 2 on Sat and closed. When we deviate from these hours we post a message on the door and answering machine stating why we’re closed, when we will be back and loans due while we’re closed will be adjusted to when we re-open. I pride myself on working with customers so they can get their property back, I don’t need any more items to try and sell to recover my investment. I’ve had no communication from this lady about wanting to get her property back. In the Email she sent to your office she didn’t provide enough information to help me research the property, like exactly what the items were, when they were brought in and her boyfriends name.
