Mr*** *** owns a ***, this vehicle was originally purchased in the USA, then has gone through various auctions before the ownership with Mr*** please see attached *** sheetThe vehicle was originally scheduled for radio
diagnosis and roadside inspection(customer noted timing cover oil leak)Customer never stated the CEL was on, however we did note it on our roadside sheet and in our technician storyWe inspected the vehicle(see attached roadside sheet) gave Mr*** and estimate for repairs, Bavaria was given the approval to repair the noted oil leaks(timing cover, valve cover, vacuum pump, transmission pan and mechatronics sleeve)Mr*** denied repairs to the cooling system even though it is leaking heavilyWe also noted the CEL is onThe repairs that were approved and completed are done correctly, we re-inspected our work on work order 01/05/at no charge to Mr***
Mr***'s concern of low oil could be caused by a number of issues, however it is not due to any of the repairs we completedWe have explained the invoice thoroughly and have offered to look at the new concern for Mr***He simply wants all his money refunded and has denied our requestThe job we performed was approved and done correctlyWe had no way of knowing that Mr***'s vehicle may have other concerns, we can not be liable for the condition of Mr***'s vehicle prior to us performing the repairsWe have reached out to Mr*** to see if we can assist him further with diagnosis and repair he has declined our offerThis repair was not an experiment as mentioned in Mr***'s statement all of the external oil leaks were repairedIf Mr*** had prior knowledge to a burning oil concern it was not shared with us, nor would we have any reason to believe it was consuming oil internallyThe leaks present in Mr***'s vehicle were a safety concern, heavy oil was leaking all over the exhaust manifold
We do not want Mr*** or any of our customers to be unhappy, we would like to work through this case with Mr***, however his request of full refund for improper repair, is not fairIf Mr*** would like the new concern of oil consumption diagnosed we would be happy to assistAs for the previous agreed on repairs we have double checked our work to ensure that the repairs are done correctly and that we no longer have external oil leaks from the previously effected areas

The first paragraph is exaggerated to pass blame on vehicle history & conditionI agree to this statement partially that the vehicle was not a new vehicle and it needed repair that why I drove it to this shop to repair oil leakThe shop didn`t tell me at the time of diagnostic, that my vehicle is a piece of junk, they are suggesting nowThey also didn`t tell me that they can`t repair this vehicle because of its bad history and need not to spend money on itThey also didn`t tell me that they will do 50% of the oil leak work for hours of labour hours totalling bill for leak $and once we find out if the vehicle is not fixed may cost more*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***
Disagreements to the points BMW Service Department brought:
It's not true that `` the vehicle was originally scheduled for radio diagnosis``, I asked for radio replacement cost but the vehicle was brought for repair the oil-leak because the engine was losing oil and the engine light was on
I didn`t want my money back at first because I brought back my vehicle after diagnostic at *** on December 10,
I didn`t deny any request for repairing the work the service shop wanted to perform on my vehicle, Instead I didn`t want to spend more money on the job I already paid for
If the job is done correctly why the vehicle is still losing oil and the engine light is on?

I declined paying for additional diagnostic and repair cost not diagnostic & repair for the money you received, I should not be charged for experiments on my vehicle
I am not a mechanic and I never categorized the engine leak to dateI asked for engine leak repair because my vehicle is losing oilYou are the professional and should have done that judgemental call either the vehicle repairable or not
I emailed the shop on Feb 12, 2016, ``demanded, to repair my vehicle and stop this engine leak without additional cost to meIf you can`t do this, then reimburse my money so I can take it to *** for repairIf I don't hear from you with a reasonable resolution to this issue within a week, by February 19, 2016, I will take this matter to court and demand total of $plus any disbursements``
I picked up unrepaired vehicle from this shop on February 23, *** *** *** ***
