Baum Boulevard Automotive

On the recommendation of a friend, I went to Baum Boulevard Automotive with a host of problems on my 2001 Mercury some of which I could pin-point and many of which I could not. In addition to a routine oil change and state inspection, I knew I needed to have some things further diagnosed and fixed.

From the instant I walked in the door their staff was helpful, friendly and quick. I gave them a list of what I knew needed done and the symptoms of problems I was having. They performed the routine maintenance and were also able to find the cause of many of my car's issues, including some problems which were anything but routine. [redacted] the technician working on my car, was even able to refurbish parts which were inoperable and discontinued by the manufacturer and would have rendered my car unsafe and unable to pass inspection. Over the time my car was in the shop they kept me informed and were always able to give me a status update when I called. Better yet, through [redacted]'s hard work and after-hours dedication, they were able fix everything in under three days and turn my car back over to me for an important business trip.

A massive thanks to [redacted], the technician who worked on my car, for all the hard work he put into my car and being willing to put in hours after the shop closed to get the job done properly and quickly. That's great customer service!
