Battery World

Review: Bad service. Employees tried to tell me the car battery was fine when three other agencies said it was not. Would not give me credit on a two month old battery. Finally said they would replace the battery, but the battery was out of stock. They would have to order another. Can you believe this? Judging from the employees' attitude and credibility, what do you think my chances are of getting another battery I don't need or want. According to the other agencies which tested the battery, the type of car battery sold by Battery World is not very good.I will not be back to Battery World in any city.Desired Settlement: Credit for returned battery.
