Battery Monster is hopeless. They sent out batteries that were nothing like what I ordered. I sent the batteries back asking for a refund and they put a credit through $6.19 less than what I paid. Disgusting, it was their fault and they charged me. VERY disappointing.. I am sending a complain to [redacted]

I ordered a new battery for my cellphone. The listing for the battery says Replacement Battery For: [redacted] and shows a picture of an LG battery. What I received is a generic battery. While it fits my LG phone, and is the correct voltage, it is NOT what was pictured on their website. This is a classic bait and switch. The ONLY reason I ordered the battery from them, was because it was an LG battery. I paid three times the cost a generic battery would have been at [redacted]. Their response to my questioning this was: The Battery for Plantronics [redacted] is a universal battery that carries multiple model numbers. These items will reflect different numbers, but are all in connection with each other. If you have any questions or you'd like to make a return. Visit our website at [redacted] to print out a return form.
Nothing in the description of the battery I purchased said it was a Plantronics [redacted]. This company is luring people in, thinking they're buying brand name batteries, when in fact, they're generic and could be purchased for far less money elsewhere.

Very shady business. I ordered something 2 months ago, it never came. I tried to contact the company by email, no response, but my card was never charged so I let it go. Suddenly, my card has been charged. I contact the company again, this time by phone. The item was shipped on January *. Fine. Let the charge stay, I'll wait for the item to arrive... Nearly 2 months after I ordered it. When I explain to the person helping me that this is a very poor business practice, he hangs up on me. Lovely.

I bought a replacement battery for my Nexus 4 cell phone from BatteryMonster.com. The advertised item says “Brand New” and the picture shows an OEM (LG) battery. When I received the battery, obviously it is not a new one. It is wrapped in foil with wrinkles. The edge is opened up with dusts all over the sticky part of the foil (I took pictures). I have to pay $6.85 to ship it back to return. I was charged with another $6.14 for “re-stocking fee and shipping cost” when they did the refund. It’s a waste of my time and my money.

This is the very first time I am writing a review against a company. PLLLLLLLLLLLLease do not buy anything from Battery monster. I ordered a phone battery and I am waiting now for 7 days and I still have not received the battery yet. I live in Brooklyn and the company ships from Long Island. I paid extra shipping and still no delivery. Buy your battery from Walmart even though they are terrible, but at least you will get your product on time. WORST PLACE!

Battery Monster is the worst ever. They sent me the wrong laptop battery after screwing up my order three times. They still sent the wrong battery. Now I returNed thier mistake which cost me additional $11. Do not order from them.

Review: I ordered an HP laptop battery by telephone on August *, 2015. The wrong battery was sent. I was told I would be emailed my order number but no such email ever came. I called back and was told a new battery would be shipped and another email with an order number would be sent. I received the battery (again, the wrong model and size) and no such email with an order number came to my email address. I then contacted customer service by email with my complaint and was told to CALL AGAIN WITH AN ORDER NUMBER.

This is ridiculous and corrupt.

The email contains a photo of the correct model number. I want a new battery and I want to know how to return the wrong batteries.Desired Settlement: I want the correct laptop battery sent - for my HP Pavilion laptop dv6-713 series. I continued to be sent batteries for a dv4 series. I want an order number included in the package and I want instructions and return labels to return the two batteries sent to me which are not correct for my laptop.

I WILL NOT CALL .
