This company is unprofessional and they forged my signature and printed my name on a document in addition to lying and trying to say "dresser was already broken from top to bottom" knowing it was in shrink wrap and claiming "everything has scratches all over it before they moved me?? So I guess my brand new couch had paint all over it and corners ripped off before they dragged it through wet paint right? I have leasing agent, assistant manager, property manager and the grounds man that specifically told the movers there was wet paint in addition to wet paint signs being posted throughout the areaSo the moving company is also going to deny breaking my apartment complex secure door handle off while moving my stuff? Then try to blame another moving company for damages? Absolutely not acceptableNot only do I have witnesses that will testify on my behalf moving into my storage evening of January that Indeed did NOT have prexisting damage to ANY of my property I included in this claimThe fact this company already cost me $just in the move not including all the damages plus the monies to send the claim and time I spent on taking the pictures, getting measurements, weight, receipts plus the time it took me to organize everything after the movers dumped all my stuff everywhere and anywhere and charging me for itThe worst company I have ever dealt withThis company even lied and claimed a person was a manager when she wasn'tAfter they just e***ed me a document of a forge signature and printing my name and lying and being shady, disrespectful, unprofessional from the beginning not to mention the worst customer services again I will be taking legal actionIt's pretty sad they couldn't even reimburse me the minimum of per pound after damaging both my twin daughters and my stuff

Hello,After personally speaking with *** over the phone and explaining to her the $79/hr rate was in fact an error We came to an agreement of $109/hr for a 3-man crew(Which is still $below our corporate agreed rate with the property offering her the promotion). I have

I called back in the end of june or early july and I spoke with a lady on the phone who told me where I need to file a complaintI also spoke about my frustrations that dayIt is not my fault the employees dont document it

I made a dispute with my credit card and they gave me a temporary reverse credit. I spoke to them again and they said since it is a moving company and the service was rendered they have to allow the transaction. [redacted] stated to recover monies for damages It would be between the moving company and filing insurance claim. They are aware I filed a complaint with Revdex.com in addition to filing a complaint with Amertiex Movers. So when I received e[redacted] yesterday from the moving company stating I owe them money is false. [redacted] had already reversed the transaction weeks prior.

On May 21, 2015 you called to schedule a pack and move for May 31, 2015. You were quoted a discounted hourly rate for 2 men at $89 per hour with a $350 trip charge and 10 boxes gifted to you.
At the time of scheduling you were informed the movers...

Days prior you rescheduled your move to June 1, 2015.
The movers were dispatched at 8am. It is a 3.5-4 hour drive from our office to [redacted], **. The movers arrived and started your move at 12:35pm.
At no point at the time of scheduling or confirming did you indicate that you must arrive in [redacted] on June 1, 2015 at a particular time. This information was not provided to the office until moving day, June 1, 2015.
We provided our services based off of the information you provided.
We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
As a moving company with high standards we will reimburse you an additional 10% off of your move for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

Regards,The company is only offering .60 per pound for damages. They are stating they discounted $119 and claiming the move took 6 hours at $119 per hour when indeed it should have not taken that long having 3 movers. They were unprofessional, disrespectful and very careless resulting in damage to my belongings. I paid $655 to this company that permanently damaged my furniture. Plus it is going to cost me additional monies to replace the damages and they are telling me they can only pay .60 per pound? Not acceptable. This company has been difficult from the beginning when I first spoke to management. They obviously do not care about customer service, customer satisfaction and repeat business.
