Very good to do business with. They did what they said they would do, the work was done as expected, the installer was great, and the price was fair and competitive. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

The first time we used Bath Planet was for our master bath shower area.
We had some trouble with a clip breaking with the door. They were out immediately
& fixed. We really like the shower area, it seems so much bigger than it was.
This latest project was our main bath shower/tub. All the work was done in one & half
days. Kelly was very professional & personable. He OK'd all materials with us before he began & also as he placed the hardware & shelving. He was very conscientious about
our two little dogs going in & out of the house. Cleanup was done well in the bathroom
& garage area.

I feel that Bath Planet from Spokane,WA is a very good business to deal with. I live in the Tri-Cities and had a shower installed three years ago and I started having a hammer noise behind the wall about three months ago. They sent one of their installers that very day and fixed it. What happened was that their person, who no longer works for them, neglected to secure the pipes correctly. They charged me nothing and the personal rep was very apologetic.

The Bath Planet of Spokane Valley did an outstanding job on my bathroom remodeling : 1) they replaced all older wooden walls that needed a fix; they finished the project before the deadline . The bathtub looks beautiful, and works as expected.
