Bath Fitter

& *** Bath Fitters removed the tube from master bath & put in a walk in shower. In the coarse of removing the tub the tiles along the tub came loose, one of them cracked. The fellow in charge said he called his boss & his boss said they would send someone out to repair the tiles. He completed a form for additional work, he had me sign & gave me a copy. Over the coarse of the following months I have called repeatedly, I have spoken to the regional manager multiple times the last time I talked to him he said they would send someone out to do the repairs that was ***. I have stopped calling because it does no good. *** I am looking at putting the house on the market this spring. I have paid Bath Fitter every penny of the contract. The regional mgr. is *** & he can be reached ***, I do not have a last name for him & I do not have a contact person locally or I would have contacted them. Contract #***
