I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
The issues our customer was having were addressed on Friday October 23, 2015 her satisfaction.
Review: On 8/24/15 I started calling Bathfitter for repairs to my bathtub and did not get a response until after 3 weeks when a rep returned my call. She apologized that she has been out sick and someone will be over the following week between the hours of 2 and 5 PM. I called the office again left a message at 4.45 PM asking if someone was still coming, it was a no call, no show.
On or about 9/28, I received a call from the supervisor as he was following up to let me know that someone was coming for over to care for the repairs. I then discussed the appointment to let him know I was disappointed with the customer service handling of my calls, which he stated he does not know of any of my issues, that I have left messages for repairs. He sounded sincere, apologized and promised someone will come over as the technician was out sick. He then told me that the window will be fixed free of charge and the wall was going to cost $350.00. I then asked could he consider if I pay $300.00, he stated yes. Call if no one shows up.
I was finally happy that I spoke to a supervisor that this matter will be cared for but on or about 10/5 or 10/12, the supervisor called me that tech is out sick, so don't wait we will call back with another appointment.
I stated I was disappointed that I cleared out the bathroom again for another no show as this is not the right way to treat a client.
Please return calls, that is not nice that someone can take the time to call everyday without a return call.
I am still waiting for that call.Desired Settlement: I would like Bathfitter to keep to their word.
Keep to the appointment as scheduled, fix the window for free as stated due to the inconvience and fix the wall that I am willing to pay for $300.00.
Supervisor stated it was a simple task, still waiting for it to be completed.
