You couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of people and I also appreciate their free delivery!! They also try to answer any questions I ask about meds.

Review: I called the pharmacy this morning at 10:21 a.m. and asked to refill a prescription. I informed them that I would be there to pick it up this afternoon. Upon arriving and asking for my prescription, I was told that it had not been filled yet and overheard a woman on the phone tell the tech who was helping me to tell me that they were out of the medication. Then the pharmacist yelled at me, from 12 feet away, while I stood at the window with other customers behind me, saying "What's the medication for?" I asked "Does it matter?" He responded with "Is this for cold sores? Do you feel one coming on?" I was not only shocked that he asked such a personal question loud enough for the entire store to hear but I don't understand why or how that information is his or anyone's business when I clearly have a prescription for the medication. I was humiliated. Aren't my privacy rights supposed to be protected?Desired Settlement: An apology would be nice and some form of punishment, reprimand or fine toward the pharmacist who publicly humiliated me.

I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THIS CUSTOMER BY PHONE TO DISCUSS THE INCIDENT FURTHER. TO DATE I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT HER AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RETURN CALLS. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS INCIDENT AND GIVEN THIS IS A POTENTIAL HIPPA VIOLATION I AM NOT ABLE TO EXPAND ON MY INFORMATION.
