Do not trust this shady company they stole my money and refuse to answer my calls or emails

I am from Holland and I bought a bat on the website of the bat doctor ***I nicley paid by pay palThe bat doctor contacted me to let me know that the bat was no longer availableSo I asked for a ful refund Now I am months en emails later and they still didn't give me a refund and don't answer my emails anymore So I think this a SCAM/FRAUD site who do not do honest business with customersSo please dont't buy anything because they rip you offShame on you bat doctor!! this not the way you treath people*** from holland

I purchased a softball bat and UPS lost the bat. After contacting Bat Doctor they said they would file a claim and when UPS refunded them they would refund me. This was nearly 4 months ago. I've contacted them and each time Bat Doctor says they will check into it and call me back. I never recieve a return call. I should recieve a refund for a product I never recieved.
