Basinger Trim

I hired *** who contacts under Basinger Trim to replace windows and doors following Hurricane Florence. I made my check out Basinger Trim on April 12, 2019 to pay for my windows and doors that were supposedly in. Basinger Trim endorsed my check and cashed it. On July 8, 2019 after no one would show up to do any installation I requested a refund. They refuse to issue me a refund and I have been shown no documentation to even show where the materials were even ordered.
