Basin Automatic Transmission

Review: I am attempting to find a solution for carburetor and transmission problems for my older work vehicle. I first took my vehicle to said mechanics on August 28, 2013. I was charged $1,825.87 for a new carburetor and rebuilt transmission. The shop diagnosed carb. vacuum leaks and trans. slippage when in reverse. Neither the transmission or the carburetor are working well as of Oct. 28. It can't be trusted to stay running at stop signs and the transmission will go for 5 miles before it shifts gears. I have called several times and taken the vehicle in to be "adjusted" the last trip in I didn't even make it out of 2013, their yard and the [redacted] died. My last attempt to contact them was Oct.21, I left a message as I got their voice mail and have yet to hear back form them. Every day I have to take the vehicle in costs me hundreds of dollars in lost work besides the gas to make the 40+ mile round trip.Desired Settlement: I just want my work rig to run! I paid for new parts and I expect them to work well enough to be road worthy. I also believe if they say they will call back then they should. The business needs to make this right.
