She is telling students that they can do their entire LPN certification online. She is not offering clinical and she is not a nurse. She is not even a school. She is telling students that they can challenge the state board test and become licensed. She says that because she is online she is out of the jurisdiction of any state board of education or nursing. She has no prerequisites, no background checks, and is charging a $35 application fee and $2500 for this. She also states that she does LPN test reviews and has been doing these classes for 13 years. She has no physical contact with students only email and text. Students pay the fees via CashApp and have no way to request a refund or even dispute her. She caters to students who are immigrants.
