Thank you so much for contacting us regarding this matter. We have received yourletter today and we appreciate you taking the time to hear our side. We pride ourselveson great quality product and customer service. However, we have a strict companypolicy regarding returns. Bashford Jewelry does not... provide a refund on a product after10 days. 10 days is plenty of time for the buyer to see whether it is the ring they choseand if they like it. Regretfully we cannot make an exception to our company policy.Mr. [redacted] ordered a ring from Bashford Jewelry. He received his order onOctober 6, 2016. We have a proof of this via FeDEX tracking with his signature. Heemailed us on October 19, 2016 that his girlfriend didn't love the ring he chose. Wehave told him that if he wanted to make some changes to the ring he bought fromBashford Jewelry we will do so for him completely at cost.He stated on his letter that he emailed us on the yth day of receiving the product, that isabsolutely untrue. We have printed the FeDEX tracking invoice he accepted and signedon October 6 2016 and we have the email to prove that he emailed us on October 19,2016. We have printed and done a screen shot of this email as proof for you to see it.This policy is stated clearly on our site Return & Exchange [redacted] and also when making the finalpayment.
