I bought a barxbuddy because I have a large dog that gets very excited when we have company and barks uncontrollably. This device had absolutely NO effect on her. I am going to try to return it. I hope I can.
Bars Buddy took nearly 2 months to send the device, but when it finally came it was damaged. The battery placement cover was broken. Since this device works great, I kept it and taped the cover on to the device. This item really works but this company has very poor delivery service. Their customer service number is void. Nobody answers.
On 11/06 2019 Barxbuddy posted and revived payment on order #207933. I have yet to revive my Barxbuddy.

Never received my order.
We apologize about the delay in shipping, we do show that your order was received on 11/29/2019 at 4:42 pm being delivered by the USPS. Please see the attached proof of delivery from the USPS. If you did not receive your order please let us know and we will get a replacement shipped as well as request the USPS to help recover your initial shipment.
