I am aware of this particular complaint and have firsthand knowledge of this situationThe customer's complaint of what happened is skewed and erroneousBefore repairs were made *** *** was verbally told that he should expect additional
expenses during repairs due to the extreme age and mileage of his vehicle (***, 255,miles)The plastic radiator inlet snapped during removal of the upper coolant hose during the course of repairsHaving followed published repair guidelines the radiator should not have broken, and I attribute that to extreme mileage and lack of maintenance to this particular vehicleI made the customer aware of the expected additional repairs needed, including additional drilling and tapping of broken exhaust studsAccording to my call log he called on Fri 1/at 8:56am to authorize repairs, a full minutes after the 8am cutoff for that day's delivery of a quality radiator from my vendorVehicle was repaired as promised on Monday, and at the estimated price*** *** attempted to take possession of the vehicle without paying bill in fullThe PA state police were contacted, and **and *** *** were informed by Cpl*** that due to the age of the vehicle any reasonable person would expect breakage during the course of repairsThey had to leave to get money, meaning they had no intention of paying what *** *** authorized on 11/28.*** *** paid the bill in full at 5:that dayCustomers request is denied for the 2nd timeNo refund will be givenFurthermore I suggest the *** research PA law on libel and withdraw the information on my *** business listingIt's ok to criticize, but information meant to malign my business's reputation carries legal consequencesGood day,
