We purchased a 20-year-old home last year that has an underground propane tank, and we noticed a propane smell shortly after we took possession. Barrett came out to inspect the tank and found several parts that needed repair or replacement. They placed a temporary tank for us to use while they ordered the new parts, and then made the repairs when the parts came in. The whole process was effortless for us, and everything was done professionally and at a reasonable price. Their propane prices are competitive and they offer a pre-buy program. We will continue to use Barrett Propane, and will not hesitate to recommend them highly.

We have been with Barrett for several years. ( I think 2008) The reception we receive if we go into the office is just wonderful. And the Drivers, if we happen to be home are

Barrett Propane came through for us when we moved into our new forest home. A winter storm was about to hit our area and we were really low on propane. The current company with the old home owner could not come out for over a week, and when we called Barrett, they were out the next day. We had to buy our tank, but it was worth it with the better courteous service we received. We've been very pleased with their ongoing customer service and would not change to anyone else.
