The consumer, an adult male, called our company on [redacted] to schedule a drive test costing [redacted] He was informed during the scheduling process that all drive tests are non-refundable once scheduled and must be pre-paid in order for scheduling....
The consumer also agreed, per a requirement in our database system to proceed, to our Terms And Conditions which detail the following Cancellation and Refund policy relative to drive tests:
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
All Drive Tests are non-refundable. The Drive Test fee covers a single test only. Retests incur an additional drive test fee. Drive tests are by appointment only and we do not guarantee that you will be able to get a drive test on a certain day at a specific time. Drive Tests appointments can be changed up until 24 hours prior to the test without any penalty. Changes within 24 hours, arriving late, a no-show or failure to bring the correct paperwork will result in the fee being charged as the cancellation fee.
Our Drive Tests are non-refundable due to the significant time required to address licensing issues with customers, drive tester scheduling requirements and the reservation of time no longer available to other potential customers.
The consumer scheduled a drive test under these Terms and Conditions for 8/21/15. He called back on 8/20/15 demanding a full refund. The Consumer was told that he was welcome to reschedule the drive test for any other date or apply it to any other service offered by our Company.
We will contact the consumer to discuss further options to mitigate this situation including a [redacted] service cost and [redacted] refund.

A representative from Drive Safe Driving School contacted me to say they would refund $50 of the $65 payment I made even though I called and cancelled the service.
They have not reimbursed my credit card and I am now forced to call the credit card company yet again to dispute the charge.

We completed this online process before. It is not clear why it was opened again. In the last series of postings on this account we mitigated this claim with the customer and refunded $50 of the $65 paid for the Drive Test. The refund was run on his credit card on 9/21/15.
