effects, and imagesUp to ten unused downloads will automatically rollover to the following month as long as the subscription is active.According to our records, this customer initially activated his Membership on April ***, and remained active for three monthsThe customer had a balance of downloads, but had only downloaded when his account became inactive on July ***, 2017. The customer claims to have had issues downloading the remaining two itemsAlthough we experienced no outages during this time, we're happy to provide the final two downloads to make good on any issues he may have experiencedWe reached out to the customer on July *** *** *** *** ***, offering to provide him complimentary downloads if he provides us with the specific production elements he wishes to download.We are currently awaiting a response from the customer
