Complaint[redacted] failed to deliver on contracted building services for the renovation of my condominium in Worcester, MA. Most importantly, he claimed he had a building permit for the work when he did not. Upon finding out that he had not obtained a permit for the work from the city of Worcester, I terminated the contract but also informed him that he owed me $10,900 of work and materials that were not completed. He said he would pay me back but has not. Throughout the process Mr. [redacted] kept promising work and materials but would not deliver.
