We had our ducts supposedly cleaned 2 years ago. When we requested the same company to do so again, the new team did an evaluation and concluded that a) they would be unable to do the job, b) the description of the job from 2 years ago was incorrect, and c) that we were basically charged for services that were not properly completed. I spoke with the company directly afterwards and they were not interested in trying to remedy the situation either financially or otherwise. I am grateful to the honesty of the new team but displeased with the company.
