Worst than living on the street, would never rent from or even think about sending anybody to this "company" had a lease and lived in one of the properties "managed" by them for 3 years never missed a payment left said property in better condition then when I moved in. I moved out of state for work get a certified letter that says not only are they gonna keep my deposit but that I owe them money for cleaning of the floors that I stated needed to be done when I moved in. Always read the fine print.
