In 2009, Barnmasters LLC of Yakima built us a beautiful barn in East Valley . . The quality was exceptional and the pride of workmanship was evident. it made sense for us to contact Barnmasters again to enclose the southern side of the structure, this occurring in late 2014.
This job, in retrospect, was not a priority to Barnmasters LLC of Yakima. The workmanship, supervised by the owner, was sketchy where it matters most, and the excuses I heard to explain this lack of pride in a project was something I never thought I'd experience from a business that had done such a good job 5 years ago. It's one thing to experience this if you've got deep pockets and can afford to have a contractor come back repeatedly to "make things right"; it's quite another if your price range for a structure is less than $50,000 and you're running a household.
If you are reading this now, it is because you are a) considering contacting this business to plan and complete your project, or, b) you are responding in defense of this business. Based on the work we received from Barnmasters LLC of Yakima in late 2014, I feel it necessary to share this comment with the Revdex.com. Certainly, the owner will respond, which is his right, and which I appreciate. He is a nice enough guy. The quality of the final product we received and customer service we experienced last month weren't like anything we expected, and for our next project, we'll go elsewhere.
