I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The business owner was not being truthful in her response, I was not told my dogs ears were red to keep an eye on them, I was told both my dogs ears were infected which was not true according to the veterinarian that saw him that same day.  The owner was not nice in her response to me either, there were a number of things she could have done and said to keep me as a customer and make an effort to solve the problem.

I am responding back to my customer, I am a very truthful person, and treat my customers very good, and appreciate them to the fullest and take the utmost care of there animals in my care, I was not rude at all, if fact he was to me, I was not there, I am going by my employee words, and what we do as standard procedure, I have never had my employees lie to me, all he was wanting was for me to pay his vet bill, and I do not think that is anything I should of done at all, and that is the only thing he was wanting from me. so I feel it is him saying one thing and my two girls that have been with me years both say they did not say those words, so I really don't feel like my company did anything wrong, in fact  we really care about our animals that are left in our care, and only want the best for our customers, I would love to figure out a way to make all happy, but again I don't feel like my girls lie and I know what procedure is , so I don't know if I have a answer to fix this...I would be happy to give him a discount for his next grooming, but not because I thought we did anything wrong, just because I would like him to continue being a customer, his dog likes us and is such a good baby..thank you very much and I hope we can resolve this matter....     lana

dog,she  had said that his dogs ears looked red, that is what I have instructed them to say if they notice a problem, to maybe keep a eye on them or if really bad, a suggestion to see there vet... I know we are not veternarians, but a red ear ,means something, whether allergies, yeast, something is going on, so I think it is a courtesy, that we see things as we are grooming there pet and going over them, to point these things out, I have never in 30 years had someone call and complain that there vet said there was no ear infection, and want me to pay his vet bill. I was very nice to him, but in no way was I going to pay his vet bill,so when I asked him what did he want me to do to make him happy, well he said im out like 68 $.. so when I said sir I try to point things out to my customers as a good thing,I am not going to pay your vet bill, immediatley he said i'm calling Revdex.com, I said ok, .. I have been in business along time and all the surrounding vets know that I am not like that and would not do something like that .. to me its ridiculous...   thank you and any further info you need I would be happy to give you..lana karnow {owner}
