Bargain Warehouse

I wanted to try out using a food processor. Not sure of how I'd like one, I decided to look for a bargain and used the OfferUp.com platform. I selected an item being sold through a business instead of a personal add. When I got home from the warehouse with the item, it did not turn on. I went through all the trouble-shooting tips to no avail. I contacted the seller to let them know. They responded quickly via the OfferUp email and were very gracious on paper and said for us to bring the item back. However, once we arrived, the representative was very rude and said they didn't do refunds. I emailed several more times over the course of about 2 weeks trying to settle the issue but my emails went unanswered after that.
