Review: I am in a receipt of a "Litigation Notice" dated 11/01/13 filled with lies in regards to "You have chosen to ignore our previous attempts to resolve this matter..." when this is the first time I'd ever heard of this company. This is in reference to an account that I had previously with Chase/BankOne.I PAID THIS DEBT in 2006 to Ameriquest Recovery Services, LLC, in Kalispell, Montana and settled with them at that time, which I tried to explain to Mr. [redacted] who was overtly rude and kept threatening me with legal action and raids upon my salary and bank account. I sent copies of the paperwork to him, to [redacted], California Attorney General and a hard copy to the L.A. Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I want this man to leave me alone and to remove my name, my data from his computer servers. If my credit is in any way damaged as a result of his harassment, I will instruct my attorney to sue him immediately.
