I am rejecting this response because:Ruby B[redacted] would not have knowledge of any type  documents, Book or logs that  are kept for the business. Ms Barlea never request any type of documentation during Tax season . So her knowledge is incorrect My husband [redacted] was present during the tax service. He can acknowledge Ruby B[redacted] never requested any type of documentation other than the W2 's. I have other who are willing to acknowledge this as well. Her assumptions were in correct.Ruby B[redacted] stated that she advised me to keep books. That is also incorrect. She stated I gave her the numbers. That is also incorrect. As I have stated My husband [redacted] cant acknowledge that is incorrect. He was present during tax time appointment's Ruby B[redacted].  stated I just  throw numbers to her.   The errors Ruby B[redacted] has made  in the tax's for 2010 and 2011 were discovered during audit by a licensed CPA. That I had to hire and pay for. So Ruby B[redacted] is also incorrect . I had no issues to pay for service during  IRS audit . Ms B[redacted] never stated at any time she would take the audit, Had she represented myself in the first place for 2010 there would have not been and audit for 2011. I am not a license tax prepare not I am I a licensed accountant. So there fore I would not have that knowledge.  The only recommendations Ruby B[redacted] had made was for me to appeal the decision so it may go to an independent audit . Ruby Barala Was the only person I dealt with during the years she did the tax's. I am unaware of any one else as she refers to WE. Ruby Barala has stated at the start of IRS audit I went to her for help. (I helped her prepare as best I could. ) She had no knowledge or experience with IRS audit. That information should have been revealed so I may have hired a experience CPA to represent myself for the audit.. All documents, books and logs were present during audit. (I helped her prepare as best I could. ) She simple made copy of what I had made copy's of to submit to IRS audit. I do have all copy's of Ruby B[redacted]. Ruby B[redacted] statement are incorrect Her errors have cause a great amount of hardship. If she allowed her customers to as she state throw numbers That is unacceptable for a tax preparer. Documents should always be requested even if it takes a few more hours of time to properly submit tax's.  with no errors I have all documentation to provide to show errors in Ruby B[redacted] services as well as other customers to acknowledge my statements

Revdex.com 7007 Jefferson St NE Ste A Albuquerque N.M., 87109To Whom It May Concern,I am writing in response to a complaint made to the Revdex.com against Barela Accounting Services on January 25, 2016. The complaint derived from an Internal Revenue Service Audit for the years 2010...

and 2011 for a business that we prepared taxes for. The name of the business was "A Premier insurance" owned and operated by [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] first brought the audit to our attention in late 2012. The Appt with the Tax Auditor at the Local IRS office was set for March 2013. I advised [redacted] of what she needed to do to prepare for this audit. [redacted] attended that meeting and was asked to provide further documentation. Mrs. [redacted] came to me and I helped her prepare as best I could for the next meeting. [redacted] did not keep books for her business. When she first came to our office to have Taxes done we advised her that she should keep her books on some kind of software. In all the years that we prepared her taxes she never took the advice. The Audit was about her Business Expenses. Which she obviously did not document very well. It is not the responsibility of the Tax preparer to keep receipts or documentation for books that are not done by the accountant. I offered to speak to the arbitrator for the US Tax court once it got to that level. [redacted] never wanted to pay extra for any help. She believed that the 250.00 she paid me for prep fees every year was to cover any problems that arose. [redacted] sat in on her tax prep appointment every year and gave me the numbers for her taxes. So the allegation that was made that only the W2's were asked for is a false statement. The reason that I did not go to the IRS to meet with MR. [redacted] (tax agent) was because it was in the middle of tax season and [redacted] did not want to pay for me to do so. also advised [redacted] that t wouldbe happy to appeal any decision that needed to be appealed. (Petition for US Tax Court) [redacted] took it upon herself to make that appeal on her own. I don't recall the tax deficiency to be anywhere near 38,000.00.Even if it was, these were taxes that were owed and the taxpayer is responsible for. I was never approached by Mrs. [redacted] of any mistakes on these returns. I would have been willing to sit and discuss any errors on my part. I never heard back from her. Furthermore, I never expressed to Mrs. [redacted] of my credentials as an Accountant. I am An ERO with the Internal Revenue Service and do have my Associates in Accounting from the UOA. Mrs, [redacted] was advised repeatedly of the importance of keeping accurate books in a business. I trust this letter to satisfy my responsibility to the Revdex.com.
