Barca Academy

I live in Brighton Mi we signed up for the 2020 Barca Academy in the Detroit area the cost was $465.22. The camp has been cancelled because of COVID19 they are not offering a refund only a credit to apply to 2021. This is inconsistent with messages on their website that say if the camp is cancelled for ANY reason a refund would be issued. They are trying to hide behind a "delay" vs cancelling but my payment clearly shows I paid for a 2020 camp not a 2021 camp. Here are the statements from the FAQ section of their web site that are in direct conflict with each other.

Statement 1:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All fees are 50% refunded if the request is made in writing via e-mail sent to ***@fcbarcelona.us (with confirmation of receipt) within 45 days of the start of the camp. No refunds are made when a request is made with less than 45 days remaining to the start of the camp regardless of when payment is made.
If a camp is interrupted or cancelled for reasons beyond our control such as inclement weather, natural disaster or pandemic, your camp registration will be credited towards a later camp.

COVID-19
Due to the current situation, we will provide all our customers a value protection guarantee. If your camp is cancelled due to the COVID-19, the value of your camp will be credited towards a later camp (valid until 12/31/2022).

Statement #2:

What if a camp is cancelled for any reason'
The FC Barcelona Soccer Camps are subject to change or cancellation without notice at any time for any reason, including if the number 'of participants signed is insufficient to develop the camp. Full refunds are issued within 30 days of cancellation or participants can choose to attend any of the other FC Barcelona Soccer Camps based on availability. If the camp is cancelled, our liability is limited to a full refund of the price and we will not be liable for any other costs, damages, or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, or expense whatsoever in such circumstance
