Review: Gave them the car about a year ago, with a down payment of $1,050 to have engine rebuild done to the car. I told them take your time as I had another vehicle, and if it ne[redacted] parts to buy them and I would have paid for them. As time pass**, the mechanic **( A family member of the business) would never take my phone calls, I would ask to speak with [redacted] the owner to call and never gotten a phone call. I went over there time to time, to talk to ** on status of vehicle to fine out car was left outside with hood up, engine expos** to weather conditions without sparkplugs in block. I feel like my money that I spent on the engine rebuild kit, and money for mechanic repairs is useless. About a month ago [redacted] there new mechanic tells me that there's water in the block and its a 50/50 chance that the car will run rite. I was call** by [redacted] (3/08/2014) asking me if it was ok for him to tow my car to my home they no longer want to work on the vehicle and I ask** them how much more (** gave me a verbal agreement of $1200, then they told me $1500) So a week ago, they call me and tell me that I ne** to get car out and if its not out 3/14/2014 I was getting charg** for a storage fee on a vehicle that's not fix** nor complet**.Desired Settlement: I feel that the 1050 should be refunded and the engine rebuild kit cost me $380 since they bought car parts and the tow to the shop, I'm asking that they pay me half 190 for a total 1240 without me having to pay storage fees and having me the chance to get vehicle removed from there yard.
