I am rejecting this response because:
Due to the response being factually inaccurate the warranty for the product on exterior and finishes for two years I had reported this to a store manager before the two years of it being delivered expired In addition, I have replaced internal components several times, have had items not working since day one, in addition, to parts being back-ordered for months, with minimal communication, and again, that communication not being accurate With the parts that were back-ordered being absolutely critical to the unit functioning at a basic level as a grill to cook food on This means, that the next time these specific parts fail, which on average is currently 1~yrs, I will be without a functioning grill again , for another 1~months This is not acceptable In addition, according to Uniform Commercial Code, Section 2-314, we purchased this grill at a great cost compared to a mid-tiered Weber, based solely at the behest of BBQ's Galore sales staff and managerial staff, as the materials on this grill were to last considerably longer than a Weber due to our proximity to the ocean This was at a cost of nearly triple of the Weber we were looking at, and it was inside their own store I also have yrs to to enforce this implied warranty, and of which, I asked for warranty before my two years was up I have had the run around on this product now for the better part of a year, and with the exterior finish and first round of parts at around years I have tried to be reasonable with BBQ Galore, but their opinion was to fabricate the truth and try to buy time I am done with this grill, which I can only use occasionaly and now am always fearful of hosting anything at my house that requires use of my grill For spending nearly 2,on this, I have been horribly disappointed and the customer service and response from BBQ Galore has been absolutely terrible Sincerely, *** * ***

Although the warranty for this unit has expired, we have offered to go above and beyond the warranty and offer the customer a service call to repair his unit along with replacement parts. All the replacement items were not covered...
by the expired warranty have been offered at free of charge to Mr.[redacted]. The only fee that [redacted] was asked to pay was the "service call fee". The service fee is for a professional to make a house call and replace the free parts he would receive. In addition, [redacted] is not the original purchaser. Our offer of replacing the parts for free stands. [redacted] can replace them himself or have our service technician do it for him if he pays the service fee. Thank you,
