Went through car wash and found there are scratches on hood, side panel, and side back window and they were not there when we went through. went to the car wash on 6/6/2013 and when we got home we notice that there is scratch all the way up hood and on side panel and back window which was not there when we went through. We called them and the [redacted] said that it didn't happen there, but there is a sign in front of the car wash that they are responsible for all damages to the cars. I would like this to be fixed. This is a brand new car 2013 only had it for six mo. Please help ty Desired SettlementI would like them to repair what was done and honor the policy.
