Barajas Plastering

I bought a new house from World Development and *** Concrete did the plastering for the houses. My stucco is falling off, I contact the 2-10 home warranty company regarding this and I filed a complaint in 3/19. The builder never responded until 9/19. I submitted pictures of the damages of the fallen stucco to *** the owner. He provided me the number for *** Plastering and I spoke to the owner Mr., he came by my home and said he would fix all the damage areas. I have been calling and texting him and no reply. I have also reached out to the builder and no reply. I then contact the 2-10 home warranty company and they are in the process of filing another complaint. The material that was used for the plastering and stucco was very cheap and job was done poorly. There are cracks and small holes of the damage stucco on the exterior of my house.
