B.A.R Tree and Landscape

[redacted]B.A.R tree and [email protected] 4, 2013[redacted] from company B.A.R tree and landscape, made a delivery on November 6th, 2013 to [redacted] in the amount of 15 square foot yard top soil for $400, which was paid in full November 4th, 2013. Customer, [redacted] called and was unhappy after five minutes after delivery and owner [redacted] told [redacted] she would receive unlimited amount of Clean Fill Dirt and was reassured no payment was needed. Several days of waiting went on and she called owner [redacted] he said a malfunction of a machine was going on and it would take several days to be fixed. Then, days later [redacted] saw [redacted] at work and said he could not do it without payment of the delivery. [redacted] was upset, but agreed to it. So on, November 17t and [redacted] and [redacted] made a signed agreement that stated she would receive her dirt no later than December 1st, 2013. Today is December and the agreement was not fulfilled. I am very disappointed in his services and need it to be addressed to the Revdex.com and Mechanics Lean. He should be held responsible for at least the compensation of the fill dirt that was never measured that he said someone would come out and measure it.
