branch or customer service for help to ensure any "widgets/cookies or browser" issues are causing the accounts to not reflect appropriately.

Still having issues with this matter as of 15 June 2015. I did speak to a representative (did not get her name) but she is not able to resolve the matter either.

We have attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] on the following occasions: 5-29-15, 6-1-15, 6-15-15, 6-18-15, 6-22-15. On 6-18-15 Mr. [redacted] contacted the branch and stated he would come into the branch for help on 6-19-15. We tried to contact him again on 6-22-15 when he did not come to the branch. A letter has been mailed on 6-22-15 requesting Mr. [redacted] contact the branch for help in understanding his problems and ensuring he is able to navigate through the online banking. We believe the system is reflecting all current accounts and current information
