I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below In regards to her response I'm not sure how the other employees heard the conversation I had with the hairdresserThey all seemed to be occupied doing something else at the time, no one else was being taken care of on the side of the store I was on Regards, [redacted]
Complaint ID# [redacted] 11/4/ [redacted] came in for a color service Before her service was performed the stylist gave her a consultation including price After the service [redacted] then complained about the price The Manager did offer [redacted] a gift certificate for the amount [redacted] felt we had over charged her but [redacted] declined our offerIf you have any questions please let me know.Thank you, Melissa *** New Salon Services, INCBangs Salon General Manager
After doing some investigating regarding the claim from [redacted] I have found no truth to her claims I spoke with each employee that worked that day and each one of them said that they had heard Tiffany ask her if she had ever previously colored her hair They even said that the reason they remember this is because it was almost getting annoying because Tiffany had asked her so many times Tiffany is an Educator for the [redacted] color line She has had extensive training using the color and we have never had a complaint regarding something like this happening Please let me know if you have any other questions Thank you Melissa KNew Salon Services, INCBangs Salon General Manager
[redacted] has been a client of ours for years and in those years pretty much each time she comes in she complains and is rude to our stylist [redacted] has complained many times of not liking the services performed and had her services redone at no chargeEven though there was nothing technically wrong with the service, she had just changed her mind The main reason we sent [redacted] a letter asking her not to return was the last time she was in she was very rude to her stylist While she was having her hair done she was writing to text message that the stylist saw containing rude and cruel comments about them and their sexual orientation I know everyone has the right to their opinion but we will not tolerate any of our staff to be treated this way Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns Thank you, Melissa KNew Salon Services, INCBangs Salon General Manager

I did not want to mention this in any of my complaints or conversations with anybody, but the stylist she the so called manager has as a stylist and was the one that colored my hair to dark, would ask me health questions asking me if he had pink eye, I said no it doesn't look like that did you get anything in your eye to irritate it? that is when the stylist said to me yes my own body fluid!!! Yes that is correct, the other stylist that heard that comment was appalled and no longer works there heard him tell me that, and turned red and said ___I myself was embarrassed to hear that, so maybe the manager should tell her stylists not to get so personal with clients, and say such disgusting things!!!!! Maybe twice I can remember asking someone to fix my hair because the one stylist cut maybe a 1/of inch off my hair and styled my hair one sunday before the [redacted] game and I didn't like it and thought it was still to long, I went back to get more cut off! she was so unsure of her self, she no longer works there, I heard she got fired! So my feeling to this is the so called manager, that I heard never even does regular visits in to the salon, maybe should start talking to her staff, and get true stories and hire people that are competentRegards, [redacted]
