I don't know how things would have turned out without the law firm of Bangel, Cohen & Falconetti I'd most likely be homeless !!! They faught tooth and nail for me didn't let me become pry for the insurance company They are on top of their game and never missed a beat They're staff is very accommodating and professions I work for the plumbers Union in N.Y.C and I'm going to recommend them to all of my union brothers and sisterI really can't say enough kind things about them and I really don't know how to thank them

Worse mistake of my life.

Don't bother with this firm. You will waste your time leaving messages on paralegal's voice mail; only to be contacted days later by a paralegal that doesn't have a clue what she is talking about and gives you incorrect information. And when you release/fire this firm, they will ask for several thousands of dollars from a settlement you haven't yet received. This firm should be barred from Worker's Comp Cases indefinitely because injured individuals don't have money to pay these egregious firms that do nothing for them but wait, hoping for a settlement so they can claim most if not all of it. An injured worker doesn't need the added stress; they are already suffering. This firm elevates the term "ambulance chaser" to an all time high. Anytime you see this firm's name, you should immediately make a 180 degree turn and walk or run if you can, in the opposite direction. Your suffering means nothing to them. Their only concern is money.
