Baltic Essentials

My complaint is a multitude of issues. I order a 6 inch rainbow amber anklet. The company sent me a 5.5 which will not work. Was not what was advertised and not what I ordered. It will not fit my son. I notified the company. They offered the solution of me sending it back to them since they sent the wrong item with a printed prepaid label from them. As soon as I shipped it back I was to let them know and they would advance the correct one once I notified them I shipped it with their label. I shipped it on Tuesday and immediately notified them. Nothing. I e-mailed them again and demanded they mail the product as promised or immediately refund my money. I explained if necessary I would dispute with my bank. Not only did they not send me the correct product to begin with, but then they didn't ship the correct product once I notified them that I had sent the incorrect product back to them using their label so they had the tracking information. I have struggled to get this fixed.
