Ballwin Pro Locksmith

I am writing to complain about Ballwin Locksmith (also called "Locksmith Services" but the locksmith said to make check payable to "Locksmith 4 U." See enclosed letter I attached to my email to them regarding being overcharged. Twice I submitted a complaint on their web page but never heard from them. I also twice sent them an email (***) but never heard from them. The enclosed letter was attached to my emailed complaint. They don't have a physical location-have to contact by phone for services.
