I signed a 3/36,lease on a RAVthrough Toyota of Wausau a few weeks agoThe process went smoothly, but the dealership never explained any of the discounts/promotions Toyota currently offersI am a recent graduate, and would've liked to have known that I could save $under Toyota's Recent Graduate program However, the dealership never mentioned this program to meI feel that it is Toyota's responsibility to inform customers of current incentives, and I am entitled to receive the $discount I meet all of the qualifications to receive the rebate as provided on Toyota's website--https://www.toyotafinancial.com/pub/w/planning_center/financing_options...⇄ According to Toyota, all signed leases are final and I am not eligible to receive the promotion I am not asking for the lease to be altered, as I will happily accept the $payment via check or any other methodI can provide any proof required to show my graduation date (final transcrip

Thank you for the opportunity to address Mr [redacted] concernsPlease note, this complaint was filed against Ballweg Chevrolet Buick, Inclocated in Sauk City, WisconsinHowever, Mr [redacted] acquired his vehicle from Ballweg Automotive, Incdba Toyota of Wausau located in Wausau, WisconsinPlease update the Revdex.com records to confirm that the complaint pertains to the correct companyOn June 22, 2017, Mr [redacted] signed a lease agreement for a Toyota RAV4.The lessor under the vehicle lease is Toyota Financial ServicesAt that the lease was signed, Toyota of Wausau was not aware that Mr [redacted] qualified for the Toyota Financial Services College Graduate Program $incentive On July 12, 2017, MrSolberg contacted Toyota of Wausau and informed our Sales Consultant, Chris Ziedler, that MrSolberg would have qualified for the incentive An inquiry was made to Toyota Financial Services requesting that MrSolberg still receive the $incentive, but Toyota Financial Services declined the request because the lease agreement had already been signedToyota of Wausau followed up with MrSolberg and informed MrSolberg that Toyota of Wausau will promptly send him a check for $750, the amount equal to the College Graduate Program incentiveToyota of Wausau appreciates that MrSolberg brought his concern to our attentionWe apologize for any inconvenience Toyota of Wausau truly values its customers and again, we thank the Revdex.com the opportunity to address this situation
