I received your email from 10/13/15 in reference to Case Number [redacted] for Mr. [redacted]...
pertaining to his complaint about missing audio and electronic equipment.
Included with this email is an attachment of HDC Customer Complaint Form completed by Mr. [redacted] on 10/12/15, HDC Employee Explanation completed by HDC Employees who are aware of the details of Mr. [redacted] complaint dated 10/12/15 and a HDC Personal Property Inventory Report completed by HDC Employee in reference to Mr. [redacted] personal property dated 9/24/15.
Home Detective Company's position is Mr. [redacted] property including the audio and electronic equipment was delivered as well as his vehicle to the Greensboro Auto Auction on 9/28/15. We take the position that Home Detective Company did no wrong and will communicate this to Mr. [redacted].
Please advise if additional information is need.
