I am rejecting this response because:we agreed on different terms. Greg sent us a threatening email that intimidated us to give in. We are professionals with a young family and a brand new house. He was threatening our home. He changed the price that was initially agreed upon. We do not believe he is practicing in the business field in a trustingworthy and dependable manner. The tactic he has used with us was not appreciated. We choose him, because his initial bid was what we liked and agreed on. The final bill given to us did not reflect the initial bid and no other changes noted besides the wifi module being removed. In the time we tried to have him thoroughly and thoughtfully explain to us why this price had increased, he decided to send us a threat instead. We paid, because this is our home that he has threatened over $250. We feel it is necessary others are made aware of his poor business practices. An apology for any type of initial response would've been most appropriate and appreciated. Thank you.
