Amy did a thorough walk of our home to address the issues we had with damaged travertine and problems with the travertine tiles in our master bath. We decided to proceed with the work fully anticipating an $1.00/SF cost to remove an existing coating on the tile. Tom and Amy worked with me on scheduling the work beginning early on a Friday morning, earlier than their normal work hours. Their very professional and polite crew of young men arrived on time, prepping pathways and install wall protection. The team lead tested the surfaces first for coatings explaining what they would have to do should there be any. Fortunately, there were no coatings and work began at the Master Bathroom, the most distant part of the work.

The team worked tirelessly from 7am until 3:00pm without a break! The floors look fantastic. All the pitted tiles are repaired and the shower looks new. They even stained grout lines in some areas to blend with the tile! The final bill was over $700 less than the estimated cost. It was a pleasure doing business with honest, professionals like the Bakers and their team!

In June 2014 I searched for a provider that would clean and shine my ceramic tile/travertine tile in my residence Mesa, AZ. I recently purchased my home and had no experience with such floors. I researched 14 Phoenix area businesses that provide the service. I invited 4 to give me an estimate. Baker's Travertine Power Clean, Inc. were the most reasonably priced. the Baker's also had a spotless business history per my investigation.
On 7/16/2014 the Baker's crew arrived. 5 young men led by [redacted]. This crew was attentive to my questions and concerns. Very professional. They commanded confidence from the start. I had learned quite a bit through my investigation. Some companies were down right misleading and a sham.
Not these guys. Excellent first impression. After we were all on the same page, I asked them to proceed and went out for the day. [redacted] notified me that the job was finished. I found the crew in their stocking feet finishing up as they did not want to dull their work which was 1st class. They did everything I asked and more. You can't go wrong here. Well Done Baker's.
