I was told upon hiring them that my retainer; once reached; that I would be notified prior to any further charges. I receive a bill for 2,210.50 my retainer was 600.00 I fought it but still owe 400 over my retainer. They never told me they charge the full price even if it is for 1 minute. They sent my info to another in there firm for my attorney was not versed and I was told after plus charged that attorneys rate. I do not know about you but to me this is not a way I wish to be respected and billed. As far as legal, I am not an expert in law so I have to believe they know what they are talking about, however, at 1 point my attorney said that would be scamming. I knew my R.E. Law and obligations and knew that was a false statement. You decide.
