Review: [redacted] and [redacted] were technicians dispatched to my home on June 30, 2014 and July 1, 2014. As a result a moteum was removed from my home that did not belong to them. I spoke with tech Supervisor [redacted], I left message on voice mail for Supervisor for the company [redacted], A Mr. [redacted] returned my call however he left no information in the message left on my voice mail. I returned his call 4 times. Unable to leave a message as this mail box was full. No resolution has been given, explained to me as the person who was violated. This company is contracted by WOW communications for overflow of Installations. This company did not show for 5 seperate appointments as promised!Desired Settlement: Return equiptment stolen from my home.
