When this customer came to the store, [redacted] sat down with her to do the design work.  The fonts and proportions were shown on the computer screen and he took out a ruler to show the customer the overall height and width of the design as it would be printed.  As is our normal process,...

[redacted] had the customer review the completed design and sign off on the design form that all was as desired.  Since all of these shirts were special order shirts we could not compare the colors of the specific shirts that they wanted and the smallest shirt did not match.  This is also why it took 2 weeks as the shirts they specified were only available directly from the manufacturer.  We did offer to replace the smaller shirt at our cost but she insisted that she wanted a refund on the entire order which we will not do.  Our receipts state NO REFUNDS and the customer signed off on the order form that the design was correct (the form states... "I have reviewed all of the order information - style, color, size quantity and design files and approve for production").  The shirts that were produced were completed as approved so there was nothing else we could have done differently.We are more than happy to replace the shirt that was the incorrect color.  If the additional shirts that were not completed are not special order shirts and have not been ordered, we will refund her money on those shirts.  If she would like to change the design for the remaining shirts, we will gladly do that for her.  If she would like the shirts that were already printed to her specifications remade, we will do so, however, she will need to repurchase those items.Thank you!
